Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery: A standard shipping fee of INR 1000 per piece is applied for all PAN India orders.

International Shipping: A standard shipping fee of INR 2500 is applied for all international orders.

Standard Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time is 20-25 days as all the pieces are made to order and hand-made. 

Returns: Since all our clutches are customised, we do not accept returns on any order. Incase of any damage or faults we will check and replace it for you.

Repairs: Any repairs after 6 months of buying, will happen, if possible on a basic fee of Rs 2,000 or more depending on the damage caused.

Cancellation Policy: Since all our products are customised, we will be unable to cancel the order.
